In 2013, Kathleen Davies decided to put her 25+ years of sales and marketing experience behind her true passion – helping the incredible distillers in isolated areas of Australia get the attention they deserve. The result was Nip of Courage, a distributor for and community of Australian craft spirit producers.
With the help of some of the brilliant distillers in the Nip of Courage network, Kathleen launched The Aussie Tipple Company in 2017, the first bottled cocktail range to feature Australian artisan distillers and local producers. The Aussie Tipple collection not only supports small batch distillers, but gives people who value quality, provenance and taste an easy way to do cocktails at home.

We don’t like to over complicate things at Aussie Tipple, which is why our bottled cocktail collection is made up of the classics – The Negroni, The Dry Martini and The White Rye Espresso Martini.
Our cocktail recipes were developed by some of our favourite Aussie bartenders, and feature locally-sourced ingredients and native botanicals used by our artisan producers. The result is a range of timeless cocktails, each with a uniquely Australian character.
